These terms govern your use of ChidaniStore’s platform. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.
A. Definitions
a. “We” refers to ChidaniStore Global Digital Marketplace.
b. “You” refers to users (buyers or vendors).
c. “Platform” means ChidaniStore’s website and services.
B. Use of Platform
a. You must be 18+ to use our platform.
b. Provide accurate info and keep your account secure.
c. You’re responsible for your actions on the platform.
C. Vendors
a. Comply with laws and ChidaniStore policies.
b. Responsible for products, pricing, and fulfillment.
c. Provide accurate product info and images.
D. Vendor Terms and Conditions
a. Vendor Services and Fees
By using ChidaniStore, vendors agree to our terms and conditions. Vendors can choose from our available subscription plans, which are outlined on our Vendor Plans page. Commission fees apply to sales made through the platform.
b. Commission Fees
We charge a commission fee of 4.5% on sales made through the platform. This rate is subject to change. We’ll notify vendors of any changes via email and/or platform announcements at least 2 days before they take effect.
Commission fees will be deducted from sale proceeds.
c. Vendor Payments and Withdrawals
Vendors can withdraw earnings once they reach the minimum threshold, as specified on the Vendor Dashboard. Withdrawals will be processed within 2 business days, provided accurate payment information is on file.
E. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for:
a. Paying applicable subscription fees and commissions
b. Maintaining accurate product information and pricing
c. Ensuring compliance with ChidaniStore’s policies and guidelines
F. ChidaniStore’s Role
a. ChidaniStore provides platform services and facilitates payments and settlements between vendors and buyers.
G. Orders and Payments
a. Orders subject to vendor availability and pricing.
b. Payments via ChidaniStore’s payment gateways (e.g., Paystack).
c. We use an escrow system for secure payments.
H. Returns and Refunds
a. Follow vendor return policies.
b. ChidaniStore may refund payments in case of issues.
c. Refunds via original payment method.
I. Data Protection
a. We protect your data per our Privacy Policy.
J. Communication
a. We may contact you via email, SMS, or platform notifications.
K. Dispute Resolution
a. Contact support@chidanistore.com for issues.
b. We’ll follow our escalation process.
L. Liability
a. ChidaniStore isn’t liable for vendor actions or product issues.
b. Use platform at your own risk.
M. Termination
a. We can suspend or terminate accounts for policy breaches.
b. You can terminate your account anytime.
N. Governing Law
a. These terms governed by Nigerian laws.
b. Disputes resolved via arbitration (per Nigerian Arbitration Act).
